Assembly & Care instructions: ABS-Printing plates
Congratulations on your new sign! Our signs are in high quality 3D-Printing process comprising: ABS (Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) manufactured. So that you have long enjoyment of your product, please note the following instructions.
1. Handling & Placement
The shield is designed so that you can use it completely flexibly.
- Free placement: You can simply lean on the sign or stand free on flat surfaces.
- Low weight: Of a weight between 50 g and 120 g is extremely light and does not burden even sensitive surfaces.
Important heat protection
Although ABS has a good heat distortion resistance, applies:
- Put the shield no extreme heat from.
- Be careful in the car: Avoid placing directly behind the windshield in the case of intense sunlight in the summer. temperatures above 85°C may cause permanent deformation.
2. Cleaning & Care
Due to the characteristic surface structure of 3D-Then, when you are cleaning it, you should take care of it:
- Wipe wet fog: Clean the shield best only with a slightly moistened, soft cloth (microfibre recommended)).
- No sharp cleaners: Do not use aggressive solvents, abrasives or acetone, as they ABS-Can chemically attack and dissolve surface.
- Keep dry: Avoid placing the shield in water, as moisture could collect in the fine spaces between the printing layers.
3. Versions with suction cup attachment
If you have ordered your sign with the “suction” option, the system is prepared for easy assembly on smooth surfaces (e.g. glass).
- Scope of attachment: Depending on the shield model, you will receive 2 or 4 Suction cups.
- Technology: Each suction cup has a M4 thread and one that is fit for it Plastic screw.
Assembly: Guide the thread of the suction cup through the bore on the shield and fix it from the opposite side hand-held with plastic screw.

5. Coverage
Your delivery includes by default:
- 1x ABS-Printing plate (in the selected variant).
- Addition for suction cup option: 2 or 4 Suction cups (depending on the model) including the required M 4 Plastic screws.
