Why shipping costs with us cost more than just the postage

• Porto: For most shipments we buy DHL package brands – but since these as Postal services if applicable, we can apply the included sales tax not reclaimed. As soon as we write you an account, we have to pay sales tax on the shipping costs. ? So the state collects twice – unfortunately not us.
• Packaging: Although we are over 99 % used cartons use (often already paid by the original shipper), we still have to LUCID fees pay. Multiple taxation, which is especially small traders meets.
• Material & Time: Also adhesive tape, labels, filling material and last but not least our own working hours (packaging, labelling, way to the packing station) cost money – even if this is often forgotten.

For all these reasons, we raise a Shipping fee, which is above the pure value of the package brand. We earn nothing from it – but we don’t want to pay it either.

Conclusion: Those who calculate honestly must also be honest when shipping. We rely on Transparency instead of lock offers – for us, this is fairness.

Deutsche Post AG – Mail and Goods

• Lower shipping costs for smaller shipments
• No tracking

This type of shipping is particularly suitable for small accessories or individual articles that are suitable for shipping in the envelope.

Hermes – only on request

• Only if you expressly indicate this when ordering
• Shipping fee: 7,90 €
• With tracking
