2. LEGAL BASIS
Why data may be processed.
Personal data will be processed in particular if this is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures or for the fulfilment of a contract, there is a legal obligation, consent has been given or there is a legitimate interest in the secure and functional operation of the websites.
Legal bases are in particular art. 6 par. 1 lit. a, b, c and f GDPR. If consent is required, it can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.
HOSTING & SERVER LOGS
Technical operation of the websites.
The websites and associated services are based on server infrastructure ofIONOSoperated. As part of the technical operation, server log data can be processed. In particular, IP address, date and time of access, accessed URL or file, transferred data set, referrer, browser and operating system information, and technical status and error data.
The processing takes place for the provision of the websites, for error analysis, to defend against attacks and to ensure stability and security on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Hosting-DienSTLeister: IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. As far as IONOS processes personal data on our behalf, this is done on the basis of the legal requirements for order processing.
4. CONTACT FORM
General questions.
If you use our contact form, we process the information you have entered. This can include name, company, e-mail address, phone number, subject, message, other form details, the accessed source page and files uploaded by you.
The data will be processed to process and answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, if the request is directed to a contract or a possible commissioning, otherwise art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR.
To protect against automated misuse, a technical identifier is formed from connection and browser data at short notice. The IP address is not stored as part of the actual contact request.
5. SUPPORT TICKETS
Support for existing operations.
When using our support ticket system, we process the data required for the respective request. Name, company, e-mail address, telephone number, order number, shop or Subject, subject, messages, status information, edit history and uploaded files.
Tickets are accessible via secure, randomly generated access tokens. For the “My Tickets” function, time-limited Magic links can be sent by e-mail. To limit abuse, technical hash values from connection data are only used temporarily for rate limits.
The processing takes place for the processing of support, order, complaint and other contractual concerns on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR and, where necessary, art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR.
6. HELP & KNOWLEDGEBASE
Search and feedback.
In our KnowledgeBase, search terms can be statistically recorded in order to detect missing or difficult-to-find help topics. The entered search term, the KnowledgeBase, the number of hits and the time of the search are stored. An assignment to an IP address or a user account is not made by this search statistics.
Please do not enter any personal data, order numbers or confidential information in the search field.
If a feedback function is used, the reviews you have submitted and, if applicable, voluntary notifications can be processed to improve our help texts. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
7. 3D DATA & CALCULATION
STL-/OBJ-files and production data.
For the 3D printing calculation, STL or OBJ files can be selected. The technical analysis of geometry and dimensions first takes place in the browser. If the file is subsequently used for an order or production request, it can be transmitted to the server together with file name, calculation data and a technical preview and assigned to the respective order.
The processing serves exclusively for the calculation, testing and execution of the desired production order and takes place on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR. Uploaded design data is not used for advertising purposes.
8. SHOP, ORDERS & Customer Account
Data for orders via 3dbull.de and the-deutsche-michel.de.
For orders, we process the information required for the contract. This includes in particular name, billing and delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number if applicable, ordered items and variants, personalization details, prices, payment status, shipping information, order history and, if applicable, transmitted files.
The processing takes place for contract processing according to art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR as well as to fulfil commercial and tax obligations according to art. 6 par. 1 lit. c GDPR.
If a customer account is created, the necessary access data and the information stored in the account are processed. A customer account can facilitate the management of orders, but is only necessary if this is expressly provided for in the respective shop.
9. PAYMENT DEVELOPMENT
Payment services.
For online payments, external payment services can be used. Depending on the shop and selected payment method, in particularMollie BV, Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, Netherlandsbe involved in payment processing.
For payment processing, the order, contact, payment and transaction data required for this purpose are transmitted to the selected payment service. Depending on the payment method, additional providers such as banks, card companies, PayPal, Klarna or wallet providers can be included.
The processing takes place for the execution of the payment and thus for the performance of the contract according to art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR. Payment services can also fulfill their own legal obligations and in this respect be responsible under data protection law.
10. TRANSIT
Transfer to shipping services.
In order to deliver orders, we pass on the necessary recipient data to the shipping service used for the respective shipment. This may include in particular name, delivery address and – as far as necessary and permissible for delivery information – e-mail address or telephone number.
As shipping services in particular DHL, Hermes and Deutsche Post can be used. The legal basis for the data transmission required for the dispatch is art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR.
E-MAIL COMMUNICATION
Order, contact and support emails.
We send e-mails when necessary to process contact requests, support tickets, orders, payment or shipping information. The necessary contact data and content are processed.
The legal basis is regularly art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR. For purely organizational communication can additionally art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR be relevant.
12.COOKIES & LOCAL STORAGE
Technically necessary and optional technologies.
Our websites may use cookies or comparable local storage techniques. Technically required cookies may be required, for example, for shopping cart, checkout, registration, security, form protection or the storage of a function expressly desired by the user.
If information is stored or read on your device and this is not absolutely necessary, this is only done with prior consent. The basis for this is § 25 TDDDG and – as far as personal data is processed – Article 6(3) 1 lit. a GDPR.
A given consent can be changed or revoked for the future at any time via the consent management provided on the respective website.
13.YOUTUBE
Embedded videos.
Videos from YouTube can be integrated on individual pages. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; technically, Google LLC services in the USA may also be involved.
When actively loading an embedded YouTube video, in particular IP address, device and browser information as well as information on the use of the video can be transmitted to Google/YouTube. If consent is required for the loading, the content will only be loaded after appropriate approval. The legal basis is then Art. 6 par. 1 lit. a GDPR in conjunction with § 25 TDDDG.
14. TRANSMISSION FUNCTION
GTranslate / Google services.
If on one of our websites an automatic translation function via GTranslate or If Google services are offered, a connection to servers of the respective service provider can be established when this function is activated or loaded. In particular, IP address, technical device information and the accessed content can be processed.
Insofar as consent is required for this, activation takes place only on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. a GDPR in conjunction with § 25 TDDDG.
15. DURATION OF STORAGE
How long data are kept.
Personal data will only be stored for as long as this is necessary for the respective purpose or statutory storage obligations exist. Contact and support data are regularly checked after completion of the process to see whether further storage is still necessary.
Order, invoice and tax-relevant documents are stored in accordance with the statutory storage obligations. According to the currently applicable tax and commercial regulations, booking documents are to be kept regularly for eight years and certain other business documents for six or ten years.
Data may also remain stored insofar as this is necessary to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
16 Recipients & THIRD COUNTRIES
When data are transmitted to other bodies.
Personal data will only be passed on to entities insofar as this is necessary for the stated purposes, a legal obligation exists or you have consented. Recipients can in particular be hosting and IT services, payment services, banks, shipping companies, tax and accounting services as well as authorities in individual cases.
For services of international providers, processing outside the European Union or the European Economic Area cannot be excluded. In these cases, the requirements for third-country transfers under the GDPR are taken into account, such as an adequacy decision or suitable contractual guarantees.
