Assessment guideline.
This information explains how reviews in our own shops are treated and – where technically provided – checked for their authenticity. They shall apply in particular to:3DCapode, 3dbull.deandthe german michel.de.
Real experiences instead of purchased stars.
Reviews should give other customers an honest orientation. We do not buy reviews, do not commission recommendations and do not change reviews to make products appear better.
OWN SHOPS
How we verify reviews.
If a review in one of our own shops asverified purchaseor is presented mutatis mutandis as a verified buyer rating, it is technically checked whether the customer data used for the rating can be assigned to an order in which the evaluated product was actually purchased.
The assignment can be made, for example, via the customer account, the order history or the e-mail address used for the order. Marking as a verified purchase is only done if this check is successful.
EXTERNAL PLATFORMS
Etsy, eBay and other marketplaces.
Reviews on external sales platforms are not collected or technically verified by our own review system. There, the evaluation, testing and publication mechanisms of the respective platform operator apply.
If we cite or display reviews of such platforms on our own website, the origin is indicated accordingly. An own marking as a "verified purchase" only takes place if we can check this ourselves.
MODERATION
Criticism is allowed – manipulation is not.
Positive and negative evaluations shall be treated in accordance with the same principles. A rating is not removed or withheld solely because it is critical or contains a low star rating.
In particular, moderation or removal may take place if a review obviously has no relation to the evaluated product or the actual purchase experience, contains spam or advertising, has been posted several times, contains offensive or unlawful content, publishes personal data of third parties or clues for manipulation or pass an inauthentic evaluation.
Insofar as a factual evaluation contains not only problematic content but also usable criticism, we strive if possible for a proportionate solution instead of a blanket suppression of feedback.
NO BUYED ASSESSMENTS
No appreciation.
We do not commission fake consumer reviews and do not publish invented recommendations for promotional purposes.
Also a consideration – such as a discount, money or a gift – is not offered for the fact that only a positive review is given.
TRANSPARENCY
What a label means.
A marking such as‘Verified purchase’means that we were able to technically understand a suitable purchase of the evaluated product. It does not mean that we have specified or influenced the content of the evaluation.
If a shop allows additional reviews without this marking, this does not automatically mean that they are fake – only that the related purchase has not been verified by our system.
YOUR FEEDBACK
Honest reviews are welcome.
Whether praise, criticism or suggestion for improvement: It is crucial that the evaluation is based on real experience and remains factual. It is precisely such feedback that helps other customers and ourselves the most.
