3. CONTRACT CONCLUSION
How the Treaty came about.
The presentation of products and services on our websites does not constitute a binding contract offer, but a request to place an order or request.
When ordering in the online shop, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a contract for the items contained in the shopping cart by actuating the final order button. Before sending, the customer can check and correct his entries about the functions provided in the ordering process.
An automatically sent confirmation of receipt will initially only confirm receipt of the order, unless it expressly declares acceptance of the contract. The contract is concluded if we expressly accept the order, send a corresponding order or shipping confirmation or deliver the goods. If an immediately executed payment method results from the order expiration an earlier conclusion of the contract, the expiration shown in the respective checkout is decisive.
For individual inquiries, custom-made products and orders outside of a classic shop checkout, the contract is concluded through a concrete offer and its acceptance.
4. CONTRACT LANGUAGE & STORAGE
Order data and contract text.
The contract language is German. The essential order data will be made available to the customer as part of the ordering process and the order confirmation.
The respective valid GTC can be viewed and stored on the website before submitting the order.
5. PRICES & TRANSIT COSTS
Prices in the respective offer.
The prices quoted include the respective statutory sales tax, as far as this is collected. Additional shipping costs incurred will be displayed separately before the order is completed.
For individual offers, the prices, shipping costs and other conditions expressly mentioned there apply.
6. PAYMENT
Payment methods and maturity.
The payment methods that are provided in the respective shop, checkout or individual offer apply. The time and technical processing of the payment depends on the selected payment method.

7. SUPPLY
Delivery times and shipping.
Delivery times and available shipping methods are indicated in the respective shop or offer. In the case of personalised products and custom-made products, the specified processing time does not regularly start until all the details, data and, where applicable, agreed payments are fully available for production.
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration will in principle only pass upon delivery of the goods to the consumer or a recipient designated by him, unless otherwise applicable by law.
8. INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTION
3D printing, engraving and customer data.
In the case of custom-made products, the customer is responsible for providing the information, dimensions, texts, files and approvals required for the production completely and correctly. Changes after approval can lead to additional effort, additional costs or an extended production time.
If the customer provides logos, graphics, text, models, files or other content, he confirms that he is entitled to use and to process this content necessary for the order. Obviously unlawful or infringing third-party orders may be rejected.
In additive manufacturing and laser processing, process- and material-typical features may occur, such as visible layer structures, slight surface differences, material-dependent color or contrast deviations and technically customary manufacturing tolerances. Such characteristics do not constitute a defect insofar as they are within the agreed or normally expected characteristics for goods of this type. Legal defect rights remain unaffected.
9. WITHDRAWAL
Withdrawal from consumers.
Consumers have the legal right of withdrawal in the case of revocable distance contracts. Details are given in the separate revocation policy.
In particular, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or destination of the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to his personal needs. This can include, for example, personalized engravings, products with desired text or customer-designed 3D printed parts.
10. OWN FUNDING
Property until full payment.
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of the respective purchase price.
11. DEFENCE RIGHTS
Legal rights apply.
For defects of the delivered goods, the legal defect rights apply.
No material defect exists if an impairment is exclusively due to improper use, use outside the agreed or usual use, subsequent changes by the customer or usual wear and tear and the goods were free of defects at the transfer of risk.
12. LIABILITY
Liability according to legal principles.
We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, which are based on intentional or negligent breach of duty, as well as for other damages arising from intent or gross negligence. Also unaffected is a legally binding liability, in particular according to the Product Liability Act, as well as a liability from expressly assumed guarantees.
In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability for other damages is limited to the contract-typical, foreseeable damage. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfilment enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and whose compliance with the contractual partners can regularly rely on.
13. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data.
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in the applicable data protection declaration. If files or personal content are transmitted for the execution of an order, they are processed to the extent necessary for the processing of the order.
14. DISPUTE ASSESSMENT
Consumer arbitration.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in any dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration body.
15. CONCLUSIONS
Applicable law.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to the exclusion of UN sales law. This choice of law shall apply to consumers only in so far as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the State in which the consumer has his habitual residence.
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become completely or partially ineffective, the effectiveness of the other provisions shall remain unaffected. Legal regulations replace ineffective provisions.
