In the case of contracts concluded online for which there is a statutory right of withdrawal, an electronic cancellation function is also available during the cancellation period. It is displayed on the respective shop interface via the highlighted link or folder. Button‘Treaty revoked’reachable.
After entering the required information, the revocation of‘Acknowledge withdrawal’are sent. Subsequently, the input is electronically confirmed. The revocation function is only an additional possibility – a revocation by e-mail or post remains possible.
WITHDRAWAL
14 days withdrawal period.
In the case of revocable distance contracts, you have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
In order to comply with the period, it is sufficient if you send the cancellation declaration before the expiry of the cancellation period.
TIME START
When does the deadline start?
- In the case of a single delivery of goods: if you or a third party, other than a carrier, you have received the goods.
- For several goods from one order delivered separately: upon receipt of the last goods.
- In the case of goods in several parts or pieces: on receipt of the last part or pieces.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us with a clear statement of your decision to revoke the contract. No justification is required.

The indication of the order number, name and order date is not a prerequisite for an effective revocation, but facilitates our fast assignment.
EXEMPTIONS
No right of withdrawal for real customer specifications.
In particular, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or destination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

- Products with custom logo or motif
- Customized 3D printed parts according to customer specifications
- Individual laser engravings
- Special products according to the dimensions or specifications specified by the customer
Important
The mere fact that a standard article is produced or 3D printed only after receipt of the order excludes the right of withdrawalnot automaticallyoff. The decisive factor is whether the goods were actually produced on the basis of a significant individual customer specification or were clearly personalized.
FOLLOW-UP OF THE REVOCATION
Repayment and return.
If you effectively revoke the contract, we will refund the payments you have received, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offer. Additional costs of a more expensive shipping method chosen by you will not be refunded.
The refund will be made immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which your cancellation declaration has been received by us. For the repayment we generally use the same means of payment as in the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We do not charge any fees for the repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of your cancellation declaration. The period is respected if you send the goods before the expiry of these fourteen days.
They shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise expressly agreed or offered.
You only have to pay for a loss of value if it is due to a handling of the goods that was not necessary to check the nature, properties and functioning. Original packaging is not a prerequisite for exercising the right of withdrawal; However, the goods should be returned safely in transport.
MODEL REPUBLIC FORM
You can use this form.
The use of the model form is voluntary. Another clear declaration of revocation is also sufficient.
